The way that you access JCB’s parts catalogues has changed!

Our intention is to:

• Integrate Parts Catalogues into JCB Service Pro (which is currently JCB’s “one-stop shop” for Operation, Maintenance, Repair, and some Parts information).
• Retire Service Parts Plus+

Post Launch

Development of the parts catalogue solution will continue after the launch date, as our aim is to continue to provide new and smarter features. Your continued feedback and suggestions are important as they help us to identify the areas for focus.

Important:

Following the launch of the new JCB Portal (as part of Project Bonneville), users will need to click the SERVICE PRO tile to access JCB Service Pro and the integrated parts catalogues. The existing Service Parts Plus+ tile will not be carried forward (as Service Parts Plus+ will have been retired).
